Gift of Womanhood<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Being a woman is a gift. In so many ways, it\u2019s true. We have a connection to life in a way those with male anatomy don\u2019t. The flip side of that statement, though, is a sarcastic, \u201cBeing a woman is a GIFT.\u201d Most of us have forty plus years of periods and PMS, and some of us experience pregnancy and labor pains. Just about that time we\u2019re ready to move into a new phase of life, we do. A hot and flashy phase. What a gift.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Are Hot Flashes?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When we become a woman of a certain age, we realize that we\u2019re no longer just superwomen, we\u2019re  supercharged. How do we know? Because we begin to get power surges, also known as hot flashes. For menopausal and post-menopausal women, you know you\u2019re having a hot flash when<\/p>\n\n\n\n
